Celebrate at Connolly’s Pub & Restaurant for a St. Patrick’s Day Parade

There are many, many places to go in Long Island City for a real Irish celebration of St. Padraig. Queens is known for its robust Irish community, so there’s no better neighborhood to celebrate the holiday like the locals. On March 17th, Connolly’s pub and restaurant will be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Party and Parade. Live music will be on the cards all day with musicians rotating every two hours. Starting from noon till later, there’s no better way to spend an Irish celebration than amongst the Irish themselves!

Unwind at Fifth Hammer Brewing

There’s nothing like hanging out at a brewery trying some well-crafted beers with friends after a long day of work in Long Island City. Come unwind with Trivia Night every Tuesday at 7pm during the spring season. The tap room is the best place to escape the cold weather and enjoy a variety of adventurous drafts. With prizes, great beer, and delicious pizza to ease your wounds if you lose, try something different and engage in a little friendly competition in the neighborhood!
